Milton Keynes' first gradings; all the students waited nervously to get the grading under way not knowing what to expect but all of them coped extremely well, including instructor David Brown with his youngest daughter grading and preparing for another black belt in the family, and his wife is rapidly coming through the grades.

Everyone showed etiquette, spirit and good technical ability. It is plainly obvious that Livingwell Milton Keynes are following the road of its mother club. A brief seminar after the grading just to pick up on general points up but as always time was against us.

To top a great weekend Zoe Brown, 2nd Dan was selected for the 1st world Technical Championships in Korea with three other members of Livingwell.
